Efax is the worst company ever. They will surely not be in business long if they keep trying to scam customers. I am on hold with them now for about 45 minutes after calling about 10x over the last month to get a promised refund. They said at first 5-12 business days, so that passed long ago. Then they said they put an alert in get the refund to me in 48 hours. This happened about 3-4 times now. Well, I just wrote to the Better Business Bureau, it doesn't take long & am disputing this claim with my bank. I suggest everyone do the same cause more claims & complaints help to stop this company's scam eventually!
