Efax's website gives a toll-free number to call to cancel your service, and when you call it, a recording tells you to cancel online. When I went online again to chat with a rep, he told me to call the same number listed on the website. When I persisted, he agreed to help me, only to end the chat because I didn't type fast enough to respond to his question.
Even though I was cancelling my account 10 minutes after opening it, they would not refund the activation fee. Will find another company to use.
