You might think the following msg is pretty clear. efax assigned me a SR number, but did not cancel my account.
"After trying the free trial of efax, I want to cancel my account. Please cancel it. I will deny any fees charged to my cc."
They kept billing me until I asked my credit card company to cancel payment. efax insisted that I still wanted their service and billed me again.
efax is the worst company I have ever dealt with. easy to start trial service, very hard to quit.
If there is a lawyer anywhere, I would be very happy to join a class-action suit.
