I am the VP of a Multi-Million dollar company and I can assure you that this company is the WORST Company in the world to do business with for the services they offer! DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR COMPANY'S NEEDS. The problems are so widespread that I do not know where to begin. THEY WILL COST YOU SO MUCH TIME AND EFFORT DUE TO INADEQUATE SUPPORT AND TECHNOLOGY THAT YOU WILL LOSE MONEY!!! They have made technology that should be so seamless and easy into a complete mess. You will consistently have problems with payment processes, connectivity, hold-times when you call in, support is outsourced to India so you cannot understand them, corporate office in Hollywood is unreachable, and management is unresponsive to their customers needs. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!!
