READ THIS *****VERY IMPORTANT********* This company owns many different products with their own mini websites. So if you get upset and go to another service they don't care because they own that service too. They will not tell you that they own other services,this is only one part of their bad business ethic.Management tries really hard not to take calls from upset customers,THEY DO NOT SUPPORT THIER EMPLOYEES IN ANY WAY.They do not care about customers at all.Their headquarters is located in a secure building in a seedy part of Hollywood with no signs that they are in that location, as if they are hiding from all the angry customers that have been ripped off.
