J2 Fax / Terrible Service (Do Not Use This Company)

I am a regional I.T. manager for a series of hospitals that treat residential/adult psychiatric patients.
We are a rather large operation in total but the area I manage is one portion of the company. I was tasked with finding a more efficient way to send faxes to our potential placing agencies. The way we were doing it was out dated and not efficient.
So enter the J2 email to fax service. I signed up for the free trial and was very pleased with the ease of set up. I like their product....but not their service. As a result I immediately cancelled our account and will open an account with one of their competitors.
These people are not concerned with you once you are a customer. I investigated a charge on my account and was put on hold several times.
Phone call 1: 35 minutes on hold. Could not understand the rep. Language barrier. Phone call 2: 45 minutes on hold. Could not understand the rep. Language barrier. Phone call 3: 25 minutes on hold and got a very rude, condenscending receptionists in Hollywood CA.
Do yourself a favor and move along to another company. These guys are not interested in your needs once they have your credit card.
