They put my account on hold without first telling me the reason. Good thing that it was a trial account. I called the customer service and they could not tell me why, only that the billing dept put a hold in the account because they wanted the CC#. The billing dept only communicates through fax - what a joke, no phone or email. That is very strange. I very suspicious of companies that request a CC# again even though I provided that information before. Even worst, the billing dept has no phone # to contact.
I don't like to do business with companies like that. I heard many bad stories about it; especially, on the long run, if you continue with a company like that. Better safe and sorry. I rather do business with a more reputable company.
