iCopy Technologies called our company claiming to be from Xerox. I had just placed an order with Xerox the other day. They said that my order was on back order and will be shipped out right away. I didn't think anything of it. Someone else called to go
over pricing the following day. I still didn't think anything of it. Then I got an email from them confirming my order. I responded with, "What is this?" When I called to find out why I had an invoice from them, MIKE, was very rude and treating me like I was
stupid. I told him to tell his Reps never to call here again and he said NO, I WON'T DO THAT. He wouldn't give me the item number so I could mail it back to him.
