BEWARE of this company. We have not done business with them, but they called us about marketing our timeshare. Any of you out there who have had timeshare marketing places call you I'm sure you are familiar with Premier Timeshare Solutions, and if you are not familiar with PTS, please don't be their next victim. Coastal PREMIER TIMESHARE SOLUTIONS called us about 20 minutes after we caught this other company swindling us, and Coastal says they are not related to PTS, but they have nothing but good to say about them and claim they can't "interfere" with PTS. They also have identical contracts which PTS claims is a state contract and thats why they are the same. But there is a slight difference in contracts you might not notice. Coastal's contract is identical only Coastal has a 6th term of agreement, and they also ask for your bank acct # and routing #, whereas PTS doesn't(which would prove its not a state contract b/c one asks for bank info and the other doesn't and there is an extra term of agreement). Also beware of T S Luxury Group, I believe all 3 companies are related. T S Luxury (John Conway) called my husband at work after I told him we wouldn't do business with him and hung up on him. The only Company that has my husbands work # is Premier. Now neither company will take our calls. 800notes.com is an excellent site to find out info about phone #s that have called you.
Watch out for timeshare marketing reps that tell you it's a "marketing fee" that you will have to pay up front, and describe it as a deed/title search, and deny that it is a closing cost. ***Deed/title searches ARE part of a closing cost, which is also illegal for non real estate brokers to collect.
NO MATTER HOW GOOD THE OFFER SOUNDS, DON'T FALL FOR IT. DO YOUR RESEARCH WITH THE BBB, TRUST LINK, AGRICULTURE & CONSUMER SERVICES AND MAKE THEM SEND YOU A CONTRACT TO LOOK OVER BEFORE YOU SIGN AND PAY. DON'T TAKE THEIR WORD.
We found out that our timeshare was really only worth half of what we paid for it!!!! If you get swindled, contact the BBB, file police reports, write letters, make calls and stay on top of it if you want to get your money back!! I hope this helps someone out there.
