I purchased candles, cameras, napkins and tulle for my pending wedding from this so called company. I was horrified with the products they sent me. All of the candles were melted and/or broken, the napkins were sewn so cockeyed and seams all frayed ... were supposed to be table napkins but were the size of my hand (joke)... as far as the tulle and cameras I did not open them yet and hopefully they will not be damaged as well.
I contacted customer service and sent photos of damage and customer service is VERY RUDE AND ONLY CARES ABOUT MONEY. There answer to the damage was that this will happen during shipping it is common!!! Well that's nice I didn't know I was purchasing damaged products, they said to ship products back to them for full refund but they must be in original condition... WELL HOW THE HECK AM I GOING TO DO THAT IF THEY ARE ALREADY DAMAGED!!! STUPID IDIOTS!!! Thank goodness I paid on a credit card and now disputing charges... BRIDES BEWARE... PLEASE PLEASE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY, they may be cheap but you get what you pay for and that is why they are cheap. I would have paid more if I knew this would happen!!
DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY... IT WILL BE A NIGHTMARE!!!!
