What a rip-off!!

I ordered 16 tablecloths in January and when they arrived they were so wrinkled and horrible looking that I knew I didn't want to keep them. I thought maybe if I washed and dried one it might come out OK, so I washed one and it came out terrible so I decided to return the other 15 tablecloths. I didn't want cloths that I was going to need to iron. I shipped them back knowing that I would have to pay the shipping and a re-stocking fee. I just received a credit of $67.33 for my order which was $168.32. I chatted on-line with a rep who said that I only shipped back 8 tablecloths and therefore that is all the credit I had coming back. I have sent another email to the company asking for a full refund, but I doubt that will happen after reading all of the other complaints. BEWARE of this company!!! Don't buy anything from them!!!
