i bought a 6 tier acrylic cupcake stand. the pieces were wrapped in a thin plastic wrap and jammed into a damaged box.
the plates were warped and scratched so i returned it.
several weeks later i finally got a refund but they deducted 20% and didn't reimburse for shipping.
if their "customer service" team was replaced by potted plants it would be an improvement.
