Xpress was wonderful. They showed up a bit late and I had to call to find out what was going on, but after they arrived, I couldn't have been more pleased.
When I booked the move, the rep was pleasant, answered all my questions, and had me taken care of right away. When I called back to make changes to my move, I dealt with the same rep, and she handled my changes without problem.
The three movers were great. They worked very quickly, despite moving me into a two-story place on an extremely hot day. They were professional, courteous, and had me moved in 5 hours, without issue. ((They were also very nice about my 3 year old being underfoot during the move.))
This is my first positive experience with ANY moving company. They were perfect and I would recommend them to anyone.
