My experience with xheli has been nothing but bad. I purchased a Helicopter kit with the case and the only thing that was right was the case. The helicopter was assembled improperly and had defective parts. I tried to contact them through email and got no response. I then tried their "live online help" but they were out. I then tried customer service on the phone and over 3 attempts had spent more than 3 hours on hold. I then called sales and got an immediate response, I told them of the problems as well as missing parts in my order and they said they would ship replacements out that day. That was 2 1/2 weeks ago and haven't received anything. I strongly recommend that you don't do business with this company, there are many other reputable company's out there with quality parts and decent customer service.
