When I ordered this tea, I was automatically signing up for two additional auto deductions from my account. I cancelled membership within the time period and made arrangements to return the remaining tea for a refund. I never got the refund and kept recieving charges on my account.
When I contacted the numbers shown on my account: MEMBERSHIP 800-9895907 IA (Comprehensive Weight Loss eBook Package) for $9.95 and
WEB ACCESS 866-2796513 IA (Insider secret expert tips) for $4.95 for each month, I was told these were add on packages starting from the tea order.
When asked why these were not cancelled back when I cancelled the membership for the tea, I was told these have to be called as well as the tea company to cancel....not ever mentioned by the tea company at all.
I cancelled the Insider secret by calling 1866-279-6513 also got a live rep pretty quick. I cancelled the e-book by calling 1800-989-5907.
I never did get a refund for the awful tea.
I hope this helps someone.
It took me a while to find all this info and find out that I inadvertently signed up for other services that were being charged to my account that did not get cancelled when it should have been.
It appears to be part of their scam.
The only positive thing I can say, is that when I did call in to each of these, the representatives were very nice and tried to assist me with my cancellations.
Even though, I did not get refunds for all of my charges over the few months they took my money.
