This company took $1000 from me in May 2010 and did nothing for me but lose my house. I had a new processor working on my account every single month and they all asked me each time I contacted them for an update for the exact same documents i had already sent in the previous month. I ended up being foreclosed after all because they did nothing to help although they said they could "definitely" get my mortgage interest rate and payments reduced so that I could afford to keep my home of 12 years. DO NOT HIRE THEM.
