I had done a "no-no" by parking my car in a handicap. When I called to find out how much my vehicle was going to cost to get it back, the gentleman on the telephone was very courteous and answered all my questions.
When I got there to pick up my vehicle, inside the office was very clean, neat and tidy. The employees were wearing professional clean uniforms. All my towing charges were explained and also was explained why my vehicle was towed.
Even though I didn't like the fact that my car was towed, they were courteous and even gave me directions to the yard to pick up my vehicle. You don't get kind courteous service elsewhere's............
