DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! About a year ago, my dad entrusted them with a loan modification to save his home. He sent them almost $1500 to get started, and a year later, still no word from this place. My dad almost lost his home!!!! They instructed him not to speak with the loan companies, or pay them, because they would be contacting them, and would roll the missed payments into the modification. In January of this year, both loan companies decided to foreclose. My mother passed away in Feb.2010, and with the insurance, he was able to pay the loans in full to avoid losing the house. Still, we have not heard from them. He has requested a refund, and cannot get anyone to return any phone calls. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE-- YOU COULD LOSE EVERYTHING!!!!!
