I just had the opportunity to go to the Granada Hills location where my mother and I dealt with Sarah. What a delight. She explained everything in a professional, yet friendly manner. We were a bit skeptical about selling our gold, and we told her we wanted to talk to our jeweler first before committing to anything. She thoroughly understood. After consulting our jeweler, we returned and sold our gold. We were quite pleased with how the transaction was handled. Sarah made it very pleasant and we learned a lot! Thank you Sarah. You are a real asset to your employer. Had it not been for you we may not have come back and sold our gold to your company.
