Walkfit is a disreputable company. If your reading this review then you already have a compliant of your own. I ordered the Walkfit platinum shoe inserts. I waited for weeks for them to be delivered. The inserts do not live up to the claims made on their info commercial.
Also, Walkfit sent me a scrap of rubber material calling it a shoe cushion and indicated on the invoice that Walkfit was going to charge my credit card for an additional $18.90. I called the Walkfit customer service number 877 264 9243, and told the customer rep. that I had not ordered the shoe cushion. The rep. proceeded to argue with me.
Please don't do business with Walkfit!
