How this company has the grade of a "B" is a mystery to me. By far the worst company you will ever deal with. my husband ordered these insoles, but what he did not know is that he was automatically signed up for these "joint support formula pills". they have charged our card two times for the amount of $44.85. I have found three different phone numbers for this company along with numerous different adressess. When you call all of these numbers to try and cancel this merchandise you get an automated system stating that their cutsomer serivce is under construction and they will resume working hours on Friday Jan. 9th at 7am to 4pm. (doesnt say what year they will resume) If you go to websites such as ripoffreport.com or infomercialscams.com you will find many others that are being scammed by this company. We had to cancel our bank card and get a new one, file a complaint with our attorney general, plus probably eat the $89.70 we have been charged because no one can seem to get in contact with this company. Do yourself a favor and dont even think again about ordering from this company!
