To make a long story short my boss ordered the orthodics and was offered the "free joint replacement". Well it's not free it is a subscription which is not wanted. Of course being lower on the food chain than my I boss I got the lovely task of trying to return the ....er um.... pills. After two days and 8 calls of getting "We are having technical difficulties call back in an hour.", I asked for the address so I could cancel the subscription by mail. I was told Walkfit will not honor cancelations by this manner. I informed the their er um jerk, I mean customer servicer (India) rep that in America companies don't get the option to decline written requests like that. To which he proceed to argue with me. I finally after repeating myself 3 times. "Just give me the address" I finally extorted it from him.
Need less to say I'm looking very forward to keeping the next shipment and being able to protest the charges on the credit card. Merry Christmas to me!
This company is a total sham and I'm not even a paying customer and can say this with 100% certainty. I'd give a 0 star rating but it's not an option.
