I ordered inserts from Walkfit online for 29.90 including shipping and handling. They charged my credit card 54.75. When I asked about the difference, they agreed to credit my credit card, which they never did. I filed a dispute with my credit card company, and they ruled in my favor and credited my acccount. When I called walkfit back, they were rude, curt, and talked right over me when I tried to explain my problem. I refused the package when it came. I don't know about the product, but their customer relations is HORRIBLE.
