Due to financial difficulties that arose after ordering the service, we had to cut back utilities so I only had Voip.com for about a month. During that time the service ran great. I talked to a couple different people in the process of canceling and they were all very helpful, which helped what was already somewhat embarrassing for me. That is part of the reason I decided to post as well as because although I prepaid for a year, I only had to pay for the month I had the service, which was perfectly fair and they returned the rest back to me without a hassle. Seems simple, but after being ripped off by so many companies trying to lay hidden fees or obscure terms of service on me it was nice to just be treated honestly in a situation out of my control. I will definitely be back as a customer in the future!
