Customer service issue

My wife and I have an account with Viewtech Financial, first no direct website for payments, to contact or to review status of my account, we are so disappointed about their services in general. We noticed many changes on management but not good ones. For the last couple of months I experienced such rude treatment from one representatives at this company that I been talking for couple of months due to my payment being delay for more than 10 days when I have a 15 days grace period on my contract she said her name is (Hanna)and I refuse to tolerate it any longer. Each time I get a call or call regarding my account she acts as though I were an annoyance. In one instance, she said she is a 'CRS supervisor" in my opinion, she carries lots of attitude for this level of service. Conveniently when I asked her for any other person or supervisor to speak with, she tells me" you are speaking to a supervisor..I find it interesting that in the middle of their business day this company has no upper management that will be concern for this type of situations. At this point my experience with your company its been not pleasant at all. I trust after my review manager (s) will speak to her about polite customer service. If she continues to have this attitude, I will move my accounts to another bank. Customers are not an annoyance; we are the ones who pay her salary. D. Rogers
