I was ripped off by this same company here in Washington state. I was told the publication would be distributed at the local Safeway store. I went to the store and asked about the magazine and was told I was scammed and the manager of Safeway had to ...Contact the Safeway attorney to stop using Safeway’s name to promote the publication. I called NAC and was told Safeway did not work out so they used Blockbuster instead. Blockbuster does not get the amount of traffic Safeway does. I complained to the WA ST. Attorney General and was told because of the wording in the contract there was nothing they could do but put NAC on their bad business list. I was assured the magazine would be distributed at Safeway. If I was told it might be Safeway or maybe Blockbuster I would have said no way.
