We have been working with Chad C. Lee, Senior Account Executive. After further review, BBB gave them a D and D & B scored them a 53.They gave us until today May 29th, to make the decision. We called them and told them that we couldn't use there services do to the bad reports we had read. Chad actually told us to get "Our head out of our ass" - good business ethics!!!!! We told him to send us the contract and we would send the 1500 deposit via regular mail not FedEx (info from attorney) because of federal laws protecting us in US Mail. If anyone reads the paper that you sign, it states that they will then get you financing but if they don't, the monies belong to VanGuard. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone unless you have money to just give away.
