I have yet to be able to contact this company again to have them clear my credit. I have tried to call them back several times and have yet to get through. All I've received is a busy signal. No notice of information change or anything. Have been trying to call them at various times of the day for past couple weeks. I've contacted the original creditor and they are in the process of taking legal action against this company. I might have to do the same to have my credit cleared.
