My family took a 4 night trip through VPT in February, 2017, to Puerta Vallarta, and it was fantastic!! Everything went smoothly with our reservations, and we enjoyed the Villa Del Palmar very much. It was all that VPT said it would be, and more. With that promotion, we received two cruise vouchers.
VPT has contacted me directly to book these cruise vouchers. The first time they called, we missed the booking date, so we had to wait for the next batch of vouchers to arrive. Of course, I forgot about it, until I received a phone call from VPT. I have to say, this past week Alex, the travel agent, has provided excellent service. I am currently booked for an Alaska Cruise in 2018 and a Mediterannian Cruise in June 2019. I have to say I have been a bit uneasy about the entire process, but again, Alex has been wonderful, and very patient with answering a ton of questions. He is very prompt at calling me back, too. Uneasy, meaning, it all sounds too good to be true. :-) I'm keeping my fingers crossed that by this time next year, we will be excited about traveling to Alaska.
