I ordered an item from this site and I received the wrong one. I returned the item but they are refusing to refund my money. they don't have any more of this item so i figured my money back wouldn't be a big issue. but it has. bigtime. they refuse to respond to my emails and phone calls. i filed a dispute through my CC, and they finally gave the money back, but even they were not able to get in touch with these scumbags. don't order from them. they even had the box which clearly says "character name" on side labeled wrong. big black perm marker on top says "diff character name". unreal.
