I have been taken for a fool by this company for almost $2400. They took my money in Feb. of 2009. Never contacted me unless I called and called and called leaving messages. I fianlly found out that the telemarketer I was working for was no longer working for the company. I have not been contacted by a replacement, of course until I called and left messages for them to call me. I tried to recover my money through my credit card company but that was denied. I finally found out information about them on the Attorney General of Flordia Site. They are also doing business under the name of Creative Vacation Solutions. Currently the FL Attorney General has a case, Case # L08-3-1192 against them because there has been so many complaints filed with them. There I also a Statute in the state of Fl which makes it illegal to charge people an up front fee. Statute # 501.1377.
If you have paid for services from Universal Marketing Solutions or Creative Vacation Solutions the state of Florida need to hear from you. They have a case pending against them (they are actually the same company) case # L08-3-1192. There is a FL Statute that made it illegal for companies in FL to require up front fees for services. Statute 501.1377. You need to contact the Attorney General of FL Citizen Services at 850-414-3990 and get them to send you a Consumer Contact Form along with a detailed description of your interactions with these companies.
