This company is nothing more than a bate and switch. They indicate they are a mortgage company that has a buyer for your time share. Earnest money has been given to the company to hold the sale. They require $1196.00 to do a title search, which is refunded at the time of the sale. The actual contract that comes in the mail is a fee to sell your time share. No evidence is presented that they have an actual buyer. The bait is they lied on the phone to get your credit card, you sign a contract and they will probably never sell the time share. The conversation last less than 5 minutes with scripted phone conversations that dangle a carrot in these hard economic times. They indicate the sale will take place within 30 to 45 days of receiving all of the information. No bill of sale is included in the paperwork. In my opinion their practices violate many statutes including mail fraud. Do not be suckered into accepting or giving your credit card to the company. There are on positive ratings for this company.
