I thank you all for the warnings. I was contacted twice a week apart which they repeated the same story but the second time with the new twist that they might be able to convince the buyer to accept my time share even though it was not what they were looking for. The same story about the deed and title fees but when they got ot the credit card part I wooed up and they offered to email me the contract. That didn't show up so i called and they faxed it to me. That was a one page affair and was a agreement to retain them as a sales agent not an agreement of sale with a buyer which is what I had hoped for. I have called back and left a message with Colin Tolmodge (real name??) but I doubt I will ever hear form them again.
