We were contacted in August 2008 by a Steve Folan and as usual said he had buyers for the timeshare. He got the cc# and told us it would cost $899 to list it and got it negotiated down to $450, we did cancel and then it was actually refunded in a few days. But just today a Robert Kay (McKay) called and said he had Canadian buyers and we would be closing in 3 weeks he just needed $599 for guest passes so the new buyers could come down and see the property. We told him to fax us our signed contract and that we had to look over our paper work. He has not yet called back. I have started ripping into every timeshare salesman that calls. So if there is a honest (haha) one out there I don't give them a chance. But they are all honest and better then the others. And we also would very much like to know if any of you have found a HONEST company. I had never heard of title searches and now guest passes whats next mileage.
