I also am very glad I checked with BBB. Same story as everyone. Salesman calls me , says he has a buyer for my unit which is much more than it is worth. He says they have Canadian buyers willing to pay more. He wants $700 for title search but will not send me any paperwork prior to sale. I tell him no paperwork, no money from me.
Must think I am a fool.
