I was contacted by David Tibbs who said he was from Creative Home Mortgage Solutions which is actually Universal Marketing Solutions. I was also called by a David Bell from Omega Marketing Solutions, both in Florida. Their pitch (and their pitch-that is voice) sounded so identical I wondered if it was one and the same person. Does anyone know if these companies are the same or related? I gave David Bell my credit card number over the phone. He was sooo convincing! Now, I'm worried they won't sell my timeshare and I'll never see my money again.
