This company charged me $495 promising to lower my mortgage to 2%. When I called on one occasion they told me to stop making payments on my mortgage for 2 months in order to motivate my mortgage bank to refinance. On a separate occasion they told me that they can not advise me to not pay my mortgage. The first person I spoke with is never available to tell me that she advised me to not pay. The document they prepared for me had outright lies on it that I was supposed to sign and send to my mortgage company. My proof of income is unemployment and they wanted me to send that and say that I was not unemployed. I contacted them to correct the error and I was told to leave it in so that I would have a better chance of getting refinanced. I also have been contacted by other company's that want to charge me $2800 to refinance. I believe that they sold my information. When I informed my bank of this transaction they advised me to close my account and change my account number. These people are committing fraud against those in need of help. Disgusting!!!
