This company contacted my senior citizen inlaws and told them that they would help them prepare the paperwork to modify their loan if they paid $400 in advance (check by phone). This company also uses the name US Mortgage Solutions which has an "F" rating by the BBB. If anyone else has info on this company, please post and get them shut down.
