This company is a total SCAM! Do not do any business with this company. I contacted United Medication mid December. On January 17 I received the final foreclosure letter and was very concerned. I goggled and found the "F" rating on Better Business Bureau in CA. I contacted Citi Mortgage weekly in January & February and they had no record of any forms filed by United Mediation Group. I contacted United Mediation Group and they insisted they were handling our loan modification. After I received the final foreclosure letter from my Mortgage I decided to cancel my contract with United Mediation because nothing had been done. Spoke to Anthony Wilt and he verbally agreed to a full refund. I never received a refund then received an email from Mark Stockton with Nationwide Mediation Services who was over United Mediation Group. Mark sent me several condensing e-mails and refused to refund the money paid $995.00. I sent them all the e-mail correspondence showing where I cooperated fully with United Mediation Group. He still refused but agreed to refund $300. I refused because United Mediation Group did not do what they promised. I contacted Citi Mortgage and filed a loan modification with them. In less than 30 days everything was approved. Citi Mortgage did not request any money up front. United Mediation requested $995 to start the process. After you pay the $995 United Mediation will dodge your phone calls. DO NOT DO any business with this company. I have filed a complaint with Better Business Bureau in CA and I plan to file a complaint with HUD, Attorney General in CA and Texas. I have also contacted a lawyer to file a lawsuit against this company. If you are interested in joining me in this lawsuit please contact me at patriciagutierrez1@juno.com. I have seen less than 5 positive reviews about this company 200+ negative reviews.
