This company is a SCAM!!! We have received 3 orders of print cartridges even though I told the company expressly at the time of my first order that we only wanted one order of cartridges simply to try them out. Keep in mind that this company called and solicited ME over the phone. The print cartridges are remanufactured AND many of them, particularly color cartridges, don't even work properly. So much for saving money. They sent me the last two orders claiming both were 'back orders' and claiming that i owed nothing. Then we would receive a dozen or more cartridges via FedEx and a bill a week later for $290.00. Needless to say, they won't be receiving any more money from us regardless of whether or not they send us more ink. I already told the salesman on the phone last time that we want NO MORE of their print cartridges, but I have a feeling this won't be the last we hear from these scammers. I will keep you all posted with any updates if we have any more issues with these people. Oh, and by the way, they just recently changed their name, too. So they aren't even United Business Supply anymore. Unfortunately, I'm not at the office right now and I can't think of the new company name, but I will be sure to post poor reviews for this new company as well.
