I am the Superintendent of a small school district. I ordered microbial towelettes thinking that I was doing the right thing for my students.
We received a huge amount that we will never use. I was sold "units" well the size of these were too much for us to use.
I was told the FDA would not allow us to return them and that we owed $1500. We then reached an agreement of $940. I felf scammed but...6 months later I get a call that we owe the balance. We can send them back but I had to realize that we purchased them at a discount and the bill would be bigger. The amount was never revealed.
This is happening to a lot of schools and organizations that do not have the monies to fight these guys and spend these amounts. I have notified the Washington State Attorney General.
