USA Home Relief is a big scam. I've been trying to send them letter to ask for my refund of $3,500.00. All my mails were sent back to me because of "Unable to Deliver". Both their addresses in Orange California are probably not legit. Even the fax number is not a working number. I hired them in January 2009 to modify my loans. As of today, no modification. I already had a third negotiators to work on my file. The previous ones had left. The people that answer the phone call were like robots, no emotions. You just feel so frustrated after you talk to them, of course, it started with you on hold for 15 minutes first. Do not trust these people. Just do it yourself. I already report them to BBB. Their rating is a big "F". They violated so many California Civic Codes.i.e, non license Salesperson to sell you a contract, the company itself has no California Real State license and they are working on your loans.
