This company is not what you may think. They don't return phone calls and they promise to get you a modification which they just can't do. they charge you up front which is illegal and never give you updated info on what they are doing for you with your lender.this is a company to stay far far away from.I started in march 2009 and ended up getting a canceled workout letter from my lender stating that I did not qaulify.usa homerelief todl me that I did qualify and that was thier reason to even take on my case.
