Well, what can I say. My experience with USA Home Relief didn't start so great. Considering I didn't get a phone call after they deposited my check for 8 days. That concerned me a little bit, but I thought I would give it a try and give them the benefit of the doubt.
Finally I got my first call from their customer service department, they gave me all the necessary contacts, extensions, emails etc. and gave them some missing documents that were needed to process my file.
I started with them on March 9, 2009, my lender was Chase. I was so sick of dealing with my bank, i was literally called 4-6 times a day from the collections department. It was really annoying.
I really didn't get anything for the first 2 months, apparrently Chase was on hold pending the Release of the Home Affordability Modification Program. Finally the first week of May I received a call from a negotiator, very polite and knowledgeable individual. He walked me through the process and even gave me access to his cell phone number in case I couldn't get through on the land line. 2 weeks later I received a modification offer from Chase that got me out of my neg. Arm and into a fixed program for the remainding term of my loan for 27 years.
They saved my house, not a super fast company but will get it done. Some advice, the hold time with Customer Service a little too long....
