I was about to lose my house & only had a matter of days before the bank said I would be out on the street. The US Mitigation Service was able to stop the sale of my house in 2 days and then went on to modify my loan in 3 months time. My Payments went from $2,500 down to $1750! WOW! They have a very friendly staff that is always there & willing to answer questions...this made me feel very comfortable.
