I spoke to two representatives from Truman Time Share Solutions today and the answer I received to my inquiry after speaking with my real estate advisor was "We don't do business like that." All I asked was that they receive their fee for selling my timeshare at the closing like other real estate ventures are handled. They stated that they had clients, who had placed money into an escrow account, for the properties that I own in San Antonio, Texas. Real nice place on the Riverwalk. This "company" wants to take your money up front, "for a deposit", with the promise that they will give you clients who will buy your property. Emphasis on the word "promise". And you are responsible for handling the deed and closing the sale.Beware.They get you on the phone, ask a few questions and then turn on the recorder to "verify" what you said when later on down the road you find out just exactly what they are doing. My Father used to call people like this Shysters..I don't know what to call them today except crooks. Have a nice day..
