This company contacted me about four months ago. They sounded like every other timeshare resale company that called my house. The only reason we took a chance is because they did give us a 120 day guarantee in writing,in their contract. Sure enough, the paperwork came to us about a month and a half after we signed the contract. The property was sold, I cant believe the nightmare we went through with that Wyndham property. They were always trying to sell us more and more every time we would take a vacation. They hiked up the maintenance fees 15% one year and there was nothing I could do about it. On a vacation that seemed to be a never ending sales pitch.
