Ladies and Gentlemen, I've tried to find something good about this company but alas it's not true. They are a less than adequate at training. Their books and CD's are nothing more than rewritten facts that can be learned at 1/10 the cost. I made them add a guarantee clause to my contract so they would have to refund my investment if I didn't not make at least that much back over 6 months. I haven't made any money and in fact I've only wasted mine, my wife's and a real estate agents time in trying to get investment packages to their investors. I left voice mails and sent emails which were not returned. I spoke with Mr. Wardein only after having my attorney write. My advise would be to find another way to learn about real estate investing. This company cannot help you unless your goal is to throw away your money. Good luck and may God Bless You.
