This is horrible company! I will give you the "short" story below but beware and make sure that if you are not billed you try to contact them. The manager Catherine never returned and of my calls and failed to even listen or look at any emails about what I had told her. I will say that I originally worked with Jenny as our account rep and she was great and very helpful. However, it went WAY down from there! We used their services in March and sent in payment info and they NEVER billed our CC! I contacted them after we received and delinquent bill order 120 days later that they mentioned that they just attempted to bill our card the day earlier- WHAT?! 120 days later? Why?
I immediately called and spoke with the billing department (Tanya) and notified them that our CC was canceled due to fraud and i would let them know the new number once it was available. No- they sent me to collections and told me I had to pay a $300 collections fee on top of our bill. This company is clearly disorganized when it comes to their billing department and management. I would NEVER do business with them again!
