As others have posted, we have gone 14 months on the promise of time share relief, but to no avail. Per their contract, they promised to pay maintenance fees. They did for the first few months, and then nothing this past year. It is a series of revolving doors with many broken promises. I would urge you not to use this company; you will just get frustrated.
